- Total delivery time: 5–9 business days until the order arrives
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem! Just send an email to support@kerinna.com before your order ships (usually within 1-3 days).
If you're late, it's not the end of the world - you can still return the order, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Has the package arrived but something is wrong? In most cases, the fault is ours – for example, the wrong size or color.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@kerinna.com . Please include pictures, your order number and a description of the problem – we will resolve it immediately.
Delayed Orders
Your order should take a maximum of 9 days to arrive (counting as a maximum of 3 days for handling and 6 days for shipping).
If there is a delay (and you don't live in the middle of nowhere), please wait an additional 3 days and then contact us - we will investigate the matter.
